The Nap Nest is ideal for naps and sleep lasting between 10 mins - 3 hours. Parental supervision is necessary when babies are sleeping in The Nap Nest. Other options are recommended for extended nighttime sleep.

From birth, infants have a curved spine that transforms to an S-shape as they grow and become more mobile. A baby hammock helps maintain this natural curve until they out grow the hammock. The spine fully develops by 12-18 months and by that time you baby may be sitting or rolling and will have outgrown the Nap Nest.

Our Nap Nest has great webbing on the sides of the sleeping area, this allow air flow naturally in the Hammock.
