At The Quirky Giraffe, we understand that every baby is beautifully unique — and that what works today might not work tomorrow. That’s why we’ve introduced the Nap Nest Buy-Back Program, giving you the opportunity to return your gently used Nap Nest and receive a partial refund based on how long it was used (and how well it was cared for!).
Important Notes:
Refunds are only applicable if the Nap Nest is in great condition, as determined solely by The Quirky Giraffe (Pty) Ltd.
We reserve the right to decline any refund if the returned Nap Nest is found to be in poor, damaged, or unhygienic condition.
